MEMBERSHIP

Active Care Store’s loyalty program (the “Program") is offered by Activecare Online Ltd.

MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY

Residents of the United Kingdom are eligible to participate in the program. Membership can be acquired solely by individuals and is restricted to one account per person. Membership is not accessible to corporations, firms, charities, partnerships, enterprises or anyone except an individual, unless the Company grants written approval in advance, in its only and complete consideration.

MEMBERSHIP ENROLLMENT

One can register by setting up an account at activecarestore.co.uk. While making an account, members are obligated to present accurate and complete information. Any consumer who fails to comply with the enrollment procedure may be denied membership. A member is expected to notify the company of any modifications to their personal account contact information, like name, telephone number, home address and/or email address. Members can update their account by visiting the website activecarestore.co.uk.

PROGRAM COMMUNICATIONS

Members will receive marketing communications from the company via mail, email, SMS, and other media, including information on special Member promotions, offers, and more. These channels will also be used by the Company to communicate the Member's tier status, declare the Member of benefit eligibility, discuss Program modifications, and more. Please consider that even if you unsubscribe from receiving our promotional or marketing communications, the company may still send you non-promotional emails, concerning your account or our ongoing business transactions.

RETURNS

Product returns must adhere to the Company's return policy, which is accessible on the website activecarestore.co.uk. When an item is returned, the spent amount applied to Program Level status for the original purchase will be withdrawn from the Member's account.

ELIGIBLE PURCHASES

Purchases of items and/or services made at activecarestore.co.uk, after applying promotional offers, before putting taxes and shipping charges, count toward your Program tier status. Tier Level earnings will be counted for purchases made with store credit as a payment method or with an Active Care Store gift card. Additional goods may be excluded from Tier Level collection by the company at will.

Ltd ("Company") to customers making purchases and to potential customers on activecarestore.co.uk. Company will offer definite perquisites and privileges as mentioned in further detail in this. Moreover, additional offers may be conferred from time to time. These terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms and Conditions") create the agreement (the "Agreement") between you ("Member") and Company concerning the Program.

 

MEMBERS' ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Members agree to the Program's terms and conditions, rules, laws, policies, and procedures, including, without limitation, this clause, including the sections below dealing with obligatory conciliation of all disputes on an individual (i.e., non-class action) basis. Every member is accountable to remain informed about the terms & conditions of the program. Members who have violated any of the Program Terms and Conditions may be disqualified by the Company.

COMPANY'S RIGHT TO CHANGE/CANCEL PROGRAM

Company reserves the right to change, limit, modify, or terminate the Program, the Program structure, any other component of the Program, or these Terms and Conditions in its only and complete consideration at any time and in any manner without notice. Acceptance of any changes will be confirmed by your persistent participation in the Program.

REFERRALS

How does the Referral Program work?

If your friend places an order of £20 or more (before shipping and taxes) through your referral link, they'll get £5 off their first purchase, and you’ll get reward points worth of £5 (100 Points) which can be used for a discount towards your next order.

Note: If the shipping or billing address on both sides of the referral match, the referral would be blocked and no points would be awarded.

How do I share my link?

Log in to your Active Care Store account. You can create an account if you are not already a member.

Your referral link can be found near the bottom of your account page. Send your referral link to your friends by email or text message so you can enjoy the perks right away.

Note: Self-referrals are not acceptable as per the guidelines of the program. Referred friends should be first-time shoppers.

How do I apply for a referral discount?

If you were referred by a friend, use their referral link to get a special discount code. When the page loads, copy the discount code that appears. Then use that discount code at checkout to get a £5 discount on orders worth £40. Please keep in mind that £40 should be prior to delivery charges and taxes.

If your friend places an order from your referred link, you'll receive an email verifying your £5 reward in points has been transferred to your account. You can confirm by signing into your account.

To redeem your referral reward, you can use a drop down on the cart page to apply your points during checkout on your next purchase.

Can I use my referral discount with another promo code?

You will not be able to combine your referral discount with another discount code as per our terms of one discount per order.

REWARDS

How does the Reward Program work?

You'll earn 1 point per pound spent on every purchase, which can be redeemed in multiples of £5 (100 Points), £10 (200 Points), £15 (300 Points), or £20 (400 Points) increments on future purchases. Make sure you have logged in to your Active Care Store account in order to use your reward points while checking out. After a year of inactivity, your points will cease. So keep shopping to hold them longer!

Can I get points for my previous orders?

Each buyer is automatically rewarded with points for each purchase made from the day after we launched. Once your account is created with us, you'll see points for previous transactions provided that use the same email during every purchase.

What perks do I get with the Rewards program?

The more you spend, the further exclusive benefits you'll receive, such as a birthday discount, early access to new products, and much more!

How do I apply my rewards points to a new order?

You'll be able to apply your rewards points right during checkout under your Order Summary! To see your points at checkout, make sure you're signed in first.

Your details may auto-populate if you've previously bought with us. If you don’t see your points, there’s a chance you have not signed in.

Please keep in mind that each order is only eligible for one discount. You will not be able to combine your Rewards Points with any other discounts.
